Shipping Details

All shipments are professionally packed in-house by our careful crew. Boxes and packaging are sealed to be odor-free, do not have SimplyMary branding, and do not indicate what is inside. We use USPS services but reserve the right to use another carrier. Free shipping amount ($99) applies to the cart total after discounts, before tax. Please note we ship to all 50 states in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill, and the purchaser bears all responsibility for compliance with state and local laws. We reserve the right to require additional information before shipping orders. This may include proof of residence and images of government-issued ID.

International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally outside the United States.

Return and Refund Policy
SimplyMary does not offer any returns for any reason. You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before shipping. Please refrain from sending any products back to us, as the package will be refused and returned to the sender. This policy will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, irrespective of any translations made for any purpose.

Before shipping, SimplyMary offers a 100% refund on all orders. However, after orders have been shipped, SimplyMary does not provide refunds for any reason. Only in the event of a damaged or faulty product will SimplyMary consider offering a replacement order at their sole discretion. Returns are not accepted for any reason at all.

Replacement Policy

At SimplyMary, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please get in touch with us at support@simplymary.co within 7 days of delivery.

Replacement Eligibility

We only consider replacements for the following issues:

  • Products that arrive damaged or faulty
  • Incorrect items received

To initiate a replacement request, please provide the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the issue, including the product and packaging


If our team confirms an error or damage, we will reship the corrected items at no cost.

Important Notes:

We do not replace products due to personal preferences, including flavor, smell or texture. Any request submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for replacement. Replacements are issued at SimplyMary’s sole discretion.
