The rosin is top tier and great however, my experience with the customer service has been absolutely terrible. I sent an email to the support email and got a confirmation on 7-16-24 and then sent multiple follow ups since then to try and get a response back, tried calling multiple times never got an answer, after getting order that has missing items and wrong items. Would love to keep shopping with them but there is absolutely no customer service!!

Don’t sleep on the rosin from Puffin Solventless! The Papaya is a heavy hitter, with a nice fruit smell when you open the jar. Smooth on the inhale, you’ll get that fruit papaya taste and the high is relaxing and euphoric. If you have never tried Puffin Solventless, you should before they are all sold out! I would advise buying the cold pack since it is summer. Fast shipping was a plus, getting my package in less than 2 days!
